白藜芦醇联合针刺干预IBS-D大鼠对自主神经功能相关指标表达的影响

目的:分析白藜芦醇联合针刺干预腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)大鼠对自主神经功能相关指标表达的影响.方法:50只SD大鼠均分为5组——健康组、模型组、白藜芦醇组、针刺组、联合组,比较各组造模前后、干预前后血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(CRH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)含量的差异.结果:造模后模型组 5-HT含量高于健康组,而CRH、ACTH含量低于健康组(p<0.05).模型组造模后5-HT含量高于造模前,CRH、ACTH含量低于造模前(p<0.05).干预后的白藜芦醇组、针刺组、联合组5-HT含量低于干预前.造模后四组5-HT、CRH、ACTH含量的差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论:白藜芦醇联合针刺干预IBS-D效果优于单种干预措施,能明显控制体内自主神经功能相关指标水平的表达.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of resveratrol combined with acupuncture on the expression of autonomic nervous function in rats with diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D).Methods:Fifty SD rats are divided into 5 groups:healthy group,model group,resveratrol group,acupuncture group and combined group.The contents of serum 5-hydroxytryptophan(5-HT),corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)and adrenocorticotropin hormone(ACTH)are compared before and after modeling and intervention.Results:After modeling,5-HT content in model group is higher than that in healthy group,while CRH and ACTH contents are lower than that in healthy group(p<0.05).The 5-HT content of the model group after molding is higher than before molding,and the contents of CRH and ACTH are lower than those before molding(p<0.05).After intervention,the content of 5-HT in resveratrol group,acupuncture group and combined group is lower than before intervention.There were significant differences in 5-HT,CRH and ACTH contents among the after molding four groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of resveratrol combined with acupuncture in the intervention of IBS-D is better than that of single intervention,and can significantly control the expression of autonomic nervous function related indicators in vivo.
