膝骨关节炎大鼠独活寄生汤干预基础上行温针灸的影响差异分析

摘要
目的:分析膝骨关节炎(KOA)大鼠在独活寄生汤干预基础上行温针灸对炎性因子表达的影响.方法:选择健康SPF级Wistar大鼠 40 只,随机均分为健康组、模型组、条件对照组和实验组,比较各组大鼠运动能力、炎症状态的统计学差异.结果:Leauesne MG评分比较,造模后、干预后的模型组和健康组的差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05);干预后的条件对照组和模型组、实验组和模型组、实验组和条件对照组两两比较的差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05).血清IL-4 和TNF-α含量比较,造模后、干预后的模型组和健康组,以及干预后的条件对照组和模型组、实验组和模型组、实验组和条件对照组两两比较的差异均有统计学意义(p＜0.05).结论:独活寄生汤能显著改善KOA大鼠炎症状态和运动能力,配合温针灸改善效果更佳.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture on the expression of inflammatory factors in rats with knee steoarthritis(KOA)on the basis of the intervention of Duhuo Jisheng decoction.Methods:Forty healthy SPF Wistar rats are randomly divided into healthy group,model group,conditional control group and experimental group to compare the statistical differences in exercise ability and inflammation status of rats among all groups.Results:Leauesne MG score,the differences between model group and healthy group after modeling and intervention,and the conditional control group and the model group,the experimental group and the model group,the experimental group and the conditional control group after intervention are statistically significant(p＜0.05).IL-4 and TNF-α content,the differences between model group and healthy group after modeling and intervention,and the conditional control group and the model group,the experimental group and the model group,the experimental group and the conditional control group after intervention are statistically significant(p＜0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can significantly improve the inflammatory state and exercise ability of KOA rats,and the effect with warm acupuncture is better.
