福建省泉州市大学生HPV疫苗接种情况与认知调查

摘要
目的:分析福建省泉州市大学生对人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papilloma Virus,HPV)疫苗的接种意愿、接种情况及认知状况,为HPV疫苗的接种与推广提供参考依据.方法:于 2023 年 2 月—2024 年 2 月,选取泉州市 500 名在校大学生进行问卷调查,并分析相关数据.结果:泉州市愿意接种HPV疫苗的大学生占比为 47.6%,其中女生 96.2%,男生 3.8%,且在年龄分布、专业背景以及是否有过性生活等方面的差异有统计学意义(p＜0.05).70.0%的大学生表示听过HPV疫苗或HPV病毒,且接种率达 22.2%;92.4%的大学生认为接种HPV疫苗后完全受益,但仍有 76.4%的大学生担心HPV疫苗安全性.结论:泉州市大学生对HPV疫苗接种的认知度以及疫苗接种率偏低,建议相关部门或学校应加强大学生健康教育,降低疫苗价格,提高学生对HPV的认知水平.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the willingness to vaccinate,vaccination status and cognitive status of human papilloma virus(HPV)vaccine among college students in Quanzhou City,Fujian Province,and to provide reference for HPV vaccination and promotion.Methods:From February 2023 to February 2024,500 college students in Quanzhou are selected to conduct a questionnaire survey and analyze the relevant data.Results:47.6%of college students are willing to receive HPV vaccine in Quanzhou,including 96.2%of female students and 3.8%of male students,and there are significant differences in age distribution,professional background,and sexual life(p＜0.05).70.0%of college students say they have heard of HPV vaccine or HPV virus,and the vaccination rate reached 22.2%;92.4%of college students believe that they will benefit from HPV vaccination,but 76.4%are still worried about the safety of HPV vaccine.Conclusion:The awareness and vaccination rate of HPV vaccination among college students in Quanzhou are low,and it is suggested that relevant departments or schools should strengthen the health education of college students,reduce the price of vaccine,and improve the awareness of HPV among students.
