实践创新能力培养对生物工程专业本科生接轨并发展新兴支柱产业具有重要意义.文章立足生物产业发展与生物工程专业本科生培养不匹配的现状,围绕国内高校该专业本科生教育普遍存在的培养体系不完善、科教/产教融合不足等问题,结合国内外高校工科人才培养经验与国内新工科建设的内在要求,聚焦建立新型研究性学习课堂、实施本研一体化人才培养、创新学科竞赛体制建设,就高校培养实践创新专业人才路径进行了详细探讨.为培养匹配新时代产业发展要求的生物工程创新型人才,以及其他新工科领域专业人才提供值得借鉴的思路和方案.
The practical innovation ability training is of great significance for biological engineering undergraduates to catch up and development emerging pillar industries.Based on the current situation of mismatch between the development of biological industry and the training of undergraduates majoring in biological engineering,revolving around the problems of imperfect training system and insufficient integration of science and education/industry and education in undergraduate education of this major in domestic universities,combining the training experience of engineering talents in colleges and universities at home and abroad with the internal requirements of new engineering construction in China,focusing on the establishment of a new type of research-based learning classroom,the implementation of the integrated personnel training of undergraduate and graduate students,and the construction of an innovative discipline competition system,to makes a detailed discussion on the path of training practical and innovative professionals in colleges and universities.It provides valuable ideas and schemes for training innovative bio-engineering talents matching the industrial development in the new era and professionals in other new engineering fields.
