Absrtact:Enzyme Engineering is one of the main courses in the field of bioengineering,and its experimental teaching is highly comprehensive and practical,which is crucial for the cultivation of versatile talents.The talent cultivation goals under the background of new engineering education have put forward new requirements for Enzyme Engineering experiment teaching.Based on the experimental teaching practice of Enzyme Engineering in bioengineering major of Henan University of Science and Technology,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in Enzyme Engineering experimental teaching from the perspectives of classroom teaching and experimental reports,optimizes teaching content through the implementation of the overall long-term layout;"laboratory+production workshop"dual-scene teaching;improves the evaluation mechanism and emphasize the process assessment;reforms measures such as the organic integration of ideological and political elements and the innovation of experimental report writing and evaluation mode have increased the excellent and good rate of the course by 14.5%,and the recognition degree of the reform effect of the five reform measures all exceeded 85%,indicating that the reform effect has been recognized by the vast majority of students.
