摘要

本文在原实验教材的基础之上,对环己酮的制备工艺进行绿色化改进.采用环己醇为反应物,氯铬酸吡啶盐为氧化剂,无须催化剂,可高效制备环己酮.通过考察氧化剂的用量、反应温度及反应时间对环己酮产率的影响,实验得到最优工艺条件为环己醇42 mmol,氯铬酸吡啶盐35 mmol,反应温度60℃,反应时间80 min,环己酮的产率为81%.与传统实验方案相比,该方案所用氧化剂稳定、低毒,试剂用量有所降低,符合绿色化学发展要求.

Abstract

On the basis of the original experimental textbook,this paper intends to make green improvements to the preparation process of cyclohexanone.Using cyclohexanol as the starting material and pyridine chlorochromate as the oxidant,cyclohexanone is prepared efficiently without addition of any catalysts.The effects of the amount of oxidizing agent,reaction temperature as well as the reaction time for the yield of cyclohexanone are investigated.The optimum process conditions are obtained as follows:cyclohexanol of 42 mmol,pyridine chlorochromate of 35 mmol,reaction temperature of 60℃,reaction time of 80 min,and the highest yield of cyclohexanone is 81%.The oxidant used in this paper is stable and low toxicity,and the amount of reagents is greatly reduced,which is in according with the development direction of green chemistry.
