摘要

转录因子是一类极具潜力的治疗靶点,一个主要原因是转录失调在多种疾病中发挥着重要作用.由于转录因子结构的特殊性,其在药物研发方面存在一定的困难和挑战,但随着近些年来一些转录因子不可成药的理论被打破,研究转录因子药物掀起了热潮.本文总结了转录因子在肿瘤细胞、发育过程中的疾病、免疫疾病等方面发挥的功能,对列举的三种转录因子进行了成药性靶点的探究.

Abstract

Transcription factors are a class of promising therapeutic targets,a major reason being that transcriptional dysregulation plays an important role in a variety of diseases.Due to the particularity of the structure of transcription factors,there are certain difficulties and challenges in drug development.However,as the theory that some transcription factors are undruggable has been broken in recent years,research on transcription factor drugs has set off an upsurge.This article summarizes the functions of transcription factors in tumor cells,diseases during development,immune diseases,etc.,and explores the drug targets of the three listed transcription factors.
