Cancer has long been one of the leading causes of death in humans around the world, and the discovery of better anti-cancer drugs is necessary.Protein post-translational modifications(PTMs)are chemical changes that occur after protein synthesis. The studies have shown that PTMs are closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. Therefore, this article reviews the research on the mechanisms of common protein post-translational modifications in tumor pathogenesis, hoping to provide an effective reference for anti-cancer drug research.
