摘要
血清淀粉样蛋白A(Serum Amyloid A,SAA)是一种急性期炎症反应蛋白,可作为炎症和肿瘤的生物标志物之一.近年来,SAA在感染性疾病的诊断和预防方面得到了广泛应用,但很少有研究对SAA检测方法及临床应用进行系统的综述.因此,本文对SAA的主要检测方法及临床应用进行了概括,以期为相关科研工作者进一步深入研究SAA提供参考和借鉴.
Abstract
Serum amyloid A(SAA)is an acute inflammatory response protein and can be used as one of the biomarkers of inflammation and tumor.In recent years,SAA has been widely used in the diagnosis and prevention of infectious diseases,but there is little literature to systematically review SAA detection methods and clinical applications.Therefore,this article summarizes the main detection methods and clinical applications of SAA,in order to provide reference for relevant researchers to further study SAA.
