DNA-卟啉杂化分子作为一种新型的有机-生物杂化材料,因其卓越的光学性质、良好的水溶性等独特的物理和化学性质,在化学和生物科学领域引起广泛关注.该类杂化分子融合了DNA的生物活性和识别能力,以及卟啉分子的光敏性和荧光特性,使得其在光动力疗法、生物传感、荧光成像等多个领域展现出巨大的应用潜力.本文论述了DNA-卟啉杂化分子的非共价和共价合成技术的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望.
Abstract
DNA porphyrin hybrid molecules,as a new type of organic biological hybrid material,have attracted widespread attention in the fields of chemistry and biological sciences due to their unique physical and chemical properties such as excellent optical properties and good water solubility.This type of hybrid molecule combines the biological activity and recognition of DNA with the photosensitivity and fluorescence properties of porphyrin molecules,making them show great potential in multiple fields such as photodynamic therapy,biosensing,and fluorescence imaging.This article mainly discusses the research progress of non covalent and covalent synthesis techniques for DNA porphyrin hybrid molecules,and looks forward to their application prospects.
