沸石咪唑骨架-8(ZIF-8)是一种金属-有机框架材料,具有独特的理化性质,基于ZIF-8 作为主体结合大量客体信号分子的信号放大策略是开发新型检测方法的有前景的研究方向之一.生物标志物的准确、灵敏的检测方法的开发以及揭示其与各种疾病之间的联系是近年来的研究热点.基于ZIF-8 构建的生物传感器能够高灵敏度、快速响应、低成本、高选择性地检测生物标志物,可以为医疗卫生工作中疾病的筛查、诊断、预后工作提供一种新的思路.
Zeolitic imidazolate framework-8(ZIF-8)is a metal-organic framework material with unique physical and chemical properties.The signal amplification strategy based on ZIF-8 as the host combined with a large number of guest signal molecules is one of the promising research directions for the development of novel detection methods.In recent years,the development of accurate and sensitive detection methods for biomarkers and the revelation of their association with various diseases have become a research hotspot.The biosensor based on ZIF-8 can detect biomarkers with high sensitivity,rapid response,low cost and high selectivity,which can provide a new way of thinking for disease screening,diagnosis and prognosis in medical and health care work.
