摘要

槲皮素具有止咳平喘、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性,是目前国内外研究热点.基于此,对不同药用植物中槲皮素的回流提取、超声波提取、微波辅助萃取、离子沉淀法、分子印迹聚合物这五种提取、分离纯化工艺等方面的研究进行了综述,旨在为槲皮素提取工艺走向高效、绿色、环保提供参考.

Abstract

Quercetin has many biological activities,such as relieving cough,relieving asthma and anti-tumor,it is a research hotspot at home and abroad.Based on this,the research on five extraction,separation and purification processes of quercetin in different medicinal plants,including reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,ion precipitation and molecularly imprinted polymer,are reviewed,aiming to provide reference for the research of quercetin extraction technology in the direction of high efficiency and green.
