Enrichment and Purification of Total Flavonoids and Polyphenols of Raisins and Their Effects on Cigarette Smoking Quality
In order to solve the problem of limited application of crude extract of natural flavor raw materials in cigarettes and give full play to the role of natural plant ingredients in cigarette flavoring and feeding, the raisins are extracted with pure water and different proportions of ethanol to obtain crude extract, and the raisins are enriched with D101 macroporous resin to obtain refined raisins, and the content changes of total flavonoids and total polyphenols before and after refining are detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,to evaluate the application effect of raisin extract in cigarettes. The results show that:(1)the content of total flavonoids and polyphenols in the crude extract of raisin with different extraction solvents is significantly different, and the content of total flavonoids in the crude extract of 50%ethanol is the highest,4.437 9 mg/g,none of the crude extracts containes polyphenols;(2)after enrichment by macroporous resin, the content of total flavonoids and polyphenols in 30%fluid is the highest, the contents of total flavonoids in water,50%ethanol and 90%ethanol extracts are 7.21%,16.04%and 15.43%,respectively,and the contents of polyphenols are 3.72%,5.50%and 7.66%,respectively,realizing the enrichment of effective components;(3)the 10%ethanol and 30%ethanol refined extracts has the advantages of improving cigarette smoke sensory quality, especially on smoothness.
