The Therapeutic Effect of Qingkailing on the Combination of Disease and Syndrome Model of Human Coronavirus Pneumonia with Cold Dampness Virus Attacking Lung
Objective:To construct an animal model of cold dampness virus attacking lung,and to investigate the mechanism of action of Qingkailing injection.Methods:The pharmacodynamics of mice are evaluated from the aspects of phenotypic appearance,serum motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)content,lung index and inhibition rate,expression of viral nucleic acid and inflammatory factors in lung tissue.Results:Compared with the cold-damp infection group,the lung index of mice is significantly increased(p<0.01),and the lung index of the low-dose and high-dose administration groups is significantly decreased(p<0.01),and the inhibition rates of lung index are 82.20%and 69.12%,respectively.Qingkailing injection can significantly improve the general state of infected mice,significantly reduce lung inflammation in mice,reduce the expression of viral nucleic acids,the content of inflammatory factors such as interleukin-6(IL-6)in the lung tissues of mice,and the content of MTL and GAS in serum,and increase the percentage of lymphocytes.Conclusion:Qingkailing injection has obvious therapeutic effect on the pulmonary syndrome of cold dampness virus attack of human coronavirus pneumonia.
