Objective:To understand the characteristics of hair loss patients in the hair outpatient department of a dermatology hospital,and explain the correlation and differences between different patient characteristics and the use of treatment drugs according to the results of the Chi-square test.This can help doctors to better understand the group characteristics of fur specialist patients and provide targeted advice for clinical treatment.Methods:The prescription data of patients with hair specialty in our hospital in December 2023 are selected,and finally 517 valid data are included.The demographic characteristics and application rules of therapeutic drugs are analyzed by Chi-square analysis in SPSS software.Results:Gender,age and drug selection are significantly related to the diagnosis results.The incidence of alopecia areata and androgenetic alopecia is higher in male than in female,while the opposite is true for telogen effluvium and other types;20~<30-year-old and 30~<40-year-old groups have multiple androgenetic alopecia;hormonal drugs are more commonly used in patients with alopecia areata,while finasteride tablets and spironolactone are more commonly used in patients with androgenetic alopecia.Conclusion:We should carry out targeted health publicity and education for men and women of different ages.At the same time,the selection and use of drugs can further provide evidence for treatment drugs and ensure the safety of hair loss treatment.
