The total flavonoids of Camellia petelotii are extracted by ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic method using Camellia petelotii as raw material, and the optimal extraction process is determined by single factor test and orthogonal test, and the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids of Camellia petelotii in vitro is studied. The results show that the optimal process for extracting total flavonoids from Camellia petelotii by ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic method is 65 min for ultrasonic time, volume fraction of ethanol is 70%,70 min for enzymatic hydrolysis time and 60℃for enzymatic hydrolysis temperature, and the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Camellia petelotii is 6.36%.In vitro antioxidant studies have shown that the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids increases with increasing mass concentration. When the total flavonoid content of Camellia petelotii is 0.20 mg/mL,the scavenging rate of DPPH·radical is 70.1%and the scavenging rate of ABTS·radical is 91.6%,showing good antioxidant activity. The results show that the ultrasound-assisted enzymatic method have a good effect and high extraction efficiency of total flavonoids from Camellia petelotii, which can provide a reference for further research on Camellia petelotii.
