Factors Influencing the Production Process and Properties of EVA—Take the Production Line of Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.as an Example
Ethylene vinyl acetate resin(EVA)is one of the four major ethylene series polymers after high density polyethylene,low density polyethylene,and liner low density polyethylene.It is an important material and widely used in plastic products,rubber products,and other fields,with the continuous release of new production capacity,the total output of EVA has increased steadily.This article first discusses the production process and main units of the EVA process,then explores its production process,and analyzes the main factors that affect its performance.The aim is to strengthen understanding of the EVA production process,fully utilize its application value,and assist in the high-quality development of the chemical industry.
