Based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement",an evaluation system of course ideological and political teaching effect is constructed.It includes the"self-evaluation"and short-term evaluation of the course ideological and political teaching effect by universities,teachers and students,and the"other evaluation"and long-term evaluation of the course ideological and political teaching effect evaluation by non-universities.It may evaluate the teaching effect of major course ideological and political education comprehensively and objectively.Taking the teaching and construction of course ideological and political teaching of polymer chemistry courses,composite materials and engineering major as an example,the practical results of the system is introduced in this paper,and provide reference for course ideological and political construction in other university.
