As the core professional practice course in colleges and universities,"Biochemistry Experiment"occupies an important position in professional talents centered on virtue cultivation.Ideology and politics in"Biochemistry Experiment"practice curriculum is a favorable measure to promote the students to acquire comprehensive qualities and abilities.This study uses"Biochemistry Experiment"course as an example to dissect the necessity of ideological and political education elements present in"teaching-learning"process,excavate the ideological and political education elements included in experimental course,design ideological and political education elements fused into"Biochemistry Experiment"course to improve the comprehensive abilities,and put forward the measures and methods of institutional guarantee and practical effects assessment of ideological and political education elements.The results of practical application show that this program has been recognized by 98.8%of students,the evaluation ranking has increased rapidly,the contribution of experimental course results to the total score has been increasing,and the students'enthusiasm for participating in various competitions has been gratifying,which provides a certain reference for the cultivation of first-class talents.
