摘要

"生物分离工程"是理论与实践密切结合的课程,在生物技术等专业人才培养中发挥着关键作用.文章分析总结了课程特点及教学中的问题,结合具体实际及学生需求调整课程内容和结构、创新教学方法和手段、改良教学过程、优化评价方式,激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,提升了课程教学成果,期末成绩及格率由 88.4%提升至 100%,优秀率从 11.9%提升至 31.82%.该课程混合式教学的实践与探索为建立一个科学、完善和不断更新的课程内容体系积累了经验,为混合式教学的推广发挥了积极的作用.

Abstract

"Bioseparation Engineering"is a course that closely combines theory and practice,and plays a key role in the cultivation of professionals in biotechnology and other fields.This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the course and the problems in teaching.By adjusting the course content and structure,innovating teaching methods and means,improving the teaching process,and optimizing the evaluation methods according to the specific reality and students'needs,stimulating students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,and the course teaching results have been significantly improved,the final grade pass rate increased from 88.4%to 100%,and the excellence rate increased from 11.9%to 31.82%.The practice and exploration of blended teaching in this course has accumulated experience in establishing a scientific,complete and continuously updated course content system,and has played a positive role in the promotion of blended teaching.
