摘要

复发性流产(Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion,RSA)是孕龄妇女常见的生殖疾病,严重影响孕龄妇女的心理和身体健康.RSA发生原因复杂多样,在中医中属于"滑胎""数堕胎"的范围,是气虚血亏,冲任失养所致.中医治疗RSA常以补肾健脾、益气养血、调理冲任、预培其损为治疗原则,并注意"预防为主,防治结合".相对于西医治疗的局限性,中医药以其多成分、多效应、多靶点的优势能够有效防治RSA.近年来,中医药在治疗RSA的过程中取得显著疗效,本文就RSA的中医病机及中医药治疗RSA的研究进展方面展开综述.

Abstract

Recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)is a common reproductive disease in women of gestational age,which has seriously affected the mental and physical health of women of pregnancy age.RSA in chinese medicine belongs to the scope of"sliding fetus"and"abortion number",the causes of the disease are complex and diverse,and according to traditional Chinese medicine,RSA is caused by deficiency of qi and blood,which lead to nourishment loss of Chong Ren.In traditional Chinese medicine,RSA is often treated by tonifying kidney and spleen,supplementing qi and nourishing blood,conditioning Chong Ren,pre-cultivating its damage,and paying attention to prevention and treatment.Compared with the limitation of western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent and treat RSA with its advantages of multi-component,multi-effect and multi-target.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved remarkable curative effect on the treatment of RSA.Therefore,this article reviews the pathogenesis and treatment of RSA.
