摘要

中药注射剂与其他中药剂型相比具有疗效快的优势,但其过敏反应会给治疗带来不良影响.本研究基于网络药理学,通过TCMSP数据库和PUBCHEM数据库筛选致敏成分,使用人类基因组数据库获取过敏反应相关靶标基因,构建"中药注射剂-致敏性成分-靶标-疾病"的网络关系.结果表明,致敏性成分有 13 种,通过网络药理学筛选出 10 个关键靶标,其中白细胞介素是致敏性成分引起过敏反应的重要细胞因子.

Abstract

Traditional Chinese medicine injections have the advantage of faster therapeutic effects compared to other traditional Chinese medicine formulations,but their allergic reactions have adverse effects on treatment.Based on network pharmacology,sensitizing components are screened through the TCMSP database and PUBCHEM database,and target genes related to allergic reactions are obtained using the human genome database,and a network relationship of"traditional Chinese medicine injections-allergenic components-target-diseases"is constructed.The results show that there are 13 allergenic components,and 10 key targets are identified through network pharmacology screening;interleukin is an important cytokine that triggers allergic reactions due to allergenic components.
