Research on the Mechanism of Allergic Reactions in Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections Based on Network Pharmacology
Traditional Chinese medicine injections have the advantage of faster therapeutic effects compared to other traditional Chinese medicine formulations, but their allergic reactions have adverse effects on treatment.Based on network pharmacology, sensitizing components are screened through the TCMSP database and PUBCHEM database, and target genes related to allergic reactions are obtained using the human genome database, and a network relationship of"traditional Chinese medicine injections-allergenic components-target-diseases"is constructed. The results show that there are 13 allergenic components, and 10 key targets are identified through network pharmacology screening;interleukin is an important cytokine that triggers allergic reactions due to allergenic components.
