摘要

以某中成制药企业处理工业废水的活性污泥为研究对象,通过分离纯化技术获得 1 株优势指示菌(放线菌),通过单因素和正交试验确立固定化包埋参数.结果表明,选取海藻酸钙凝胶法包埋,最佳配比为海藻酸钠 2.0%,氯化钙 4.0%(质量分数);选取海藻酸钠-明胶协同固定法包埋,最佳配比为海藻酸钠 5.5%,明胶 1.3%,氯化钙 0.55%(质量分数).采用海藻酸钙凝胶法制备固定化颗粒净化效果更好,运行 72 h污水COD值由 26.47 mg/L下降到 10.59 mg/L.

Abstract

Taking the activated sludge of industrial wastewater treated by a Chinese pharmaceutical company as the research object,the project team obtained a dominant indicator bacterium(Actinomycete)through separation and purification technology,and the immobilized embedding parameters are established by single factor and orthogonal tests.The results show that the best proportion of calcium alginate gel method is sodium alginate 2.0%and calcium chloride 4.0%(mass ratio);the optimal ratio is sodium alginate 5.5%,gelatin 1.3%and calcium chloride 0.55%(mass ratio)when sodium alginate and gelatin synergistic fixation method is selected.The purification effect of immobilized particles prepared by calcium alginate gel method is better.and the COD value of wastewater decreased from 26.47 mg/L to 10.59 mg/L after 72 h of operation.
