Effect of Different Soaking Treatments on the Active Ingredients of Cordyceps sinensis
The effects of different soaking treatments on the retention and release of active ingredients in Cordyceps sinensis in water are studied,so as to provide a reference for consumers to choose a reasonable soaking method. The results show that the overall active components of Cordyceps sinensis treated with water at 35℃ and 30 min are higher, and the contents of polysaccharide, protein, cordyceps acid and adenosine are the highest, which are 501.5 mg,2 565.2 mg,1 521.2 mg and 5 670.1 μg,respectively. The content of cordycepin under these conditions(561.3 μg)is similar to that of 35℃ and 1 h soaking water treatment(561.9 μg).In addition, repeated soaking in water will significantly reduce the content of active ingredients,so soaking in water multiple times should be avoided.
