Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Iron Oxide Content in Lithium Mica Concentrate by Spectrophotometric Method
This paper adopts the o-phenanthroline spectrophotometric method to measure the content of iron oxide in lithium mica concentrate and evaluates the uncertainty of the results. The o-phenanthroline spectrophotometric method is used to establish a mathematical model and analyze the sources of uncertainty. The main sources of uncertainty are the plotting of the curve, the concentration of the iron oxide standard solution, the volume of the solution, the volume of pipette, the volume of the colorimeter, the weight of the sample, and the repeated measurement.Among these, the plotting of the curve and the concentration the iron oxide standard solution have a greater impact on the uncertainty. The content of iron oxide in lithium mica concentrate in this measurement can be expressed as 0.205 4%±0.011 9%,k=2.
