目的:建立舒筋强骨丸中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法.方法:色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18(4.5 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为 0.1%磷酸-乙腈(体积比 84∶16),检测波长 260 nm,流速 1.0 mL/min.考察该法的专属性、线性关系、精密度、回收率以及稳定性.结果:毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量在 2.52~50.40 μg/mL时,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为 100.43%,SR为 1.90%;专属性和精密度良好,样品在 24 h内稳定性良好.结论:本方法简便,重复性好,适用于舒筋强骨丸中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的含量研究.
Study on the Method for Determination of Tricholoma Isoflavone Glucoside in Shujin Qianggu Bolus
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of tricholoma isoflavone glucoside in Shujin Qianggu Bolus.Methods:The column is ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18(4.5 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase consisting of 0.1%phosphoric acid-acetonitrile(the volume ratio is 84 to 16),the detection wavelength of 260 nm,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The specificity,standed curve and accuracy,sample recovery,and stability of the method are investigated.Results:When the content of tricholoma isoflavone glucoside is in the range of 15.11 μg/mL to 15.84 μg/mL,the injection volume shows a good linear relationship with the peak area,with the average recovery of 100.43%and SR of 1.90%.Specificity and precision are good,and the sample is stable in 24 hours.Conclusion:This method is simple and reproducibility,and can be used for the determination of tricholoma isoflavone glucoside in Shuzhi Qiangjian Bolus.
