气相色谱内标法测定精馏残渣中苯酐含量

摘要
为明确精馏残渣回收利用价值,建立了测定精馏残渣中苯酐含量的气相色谱方法.利用气相色谱对精馏残渣进行分离,氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测,内标法进行定量.结果表明:目标物苯酐在 2～18 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2 为0.999 9),精密度高(相对标准偏差为 0.25%),准确度高(样品加标回收率为 100.0%～104.3%).本法具有准确、简便的特点,可用于精馏残渣中苯酐含量的测定.
Abstract
In order to clarify the recycling value of distillation residues,a gas chromatography method for the determination of benzene anhydride in distillation residue is established.The distillation residue is separated by gas chromatography,detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector,and quantified by internal standard method.The results show that the target benzene anhydride has a good linear relationship in 2 to 18 mg/mL range(R2 of 0.999 9),high precision(relative standard deviation of 0.25%)and high accuracy(sample spike recovery rate is 100.00%to 104.3%).This method is accurate and simple,and can be used for the determination of benzene anhydride content in distillation residue.
