为解决某焦化厂热回收焦炉配套干熄焦环境除尘器系统中存在的布袋烧损问题,实施了对除尘器前端加装冷却装置、二次推焦除尘大罩调整和除尘管网优化的改造措施.改造取得了良好效果,除尘器烟气入口温度<130℃,除尘系统的排放尾气颗粒物≤10 mg/m3,可为国内同类型热回收焦炉配套干熄焦环境除尘提供参考.
Transformation of Heat Recovery CDQ Environmental Dust Removal System of a Coking Plant
This paper introduces the problem of cloth bag burning loss existing in the heat recovery CDQ environmental dust collector system,and are proposes and implementes a series of optimization measures to optimize the front cooling device of the dust collector,secondary coke dust removal cover and dust removal pipe network.It has achieved good results,the inlet gas temperature of the dust collector lower than 130℃,and the exhaust particulate matter of the dust removal system does not exceed 10 mg/m3,.and provides a reference for the same type of domestic heat recovery coke oven supporting CDQ environment dust removal.
