Application of the Teaching Mode Based on School-Enterprise Cooperation in the Teaching of Polymer Processing Technology
In the context of new engineering education,new technologies and new industries have put forward stricter requirements for the practical innovation ability of talents.With the goal of improving students'practical ability and innovation ability,this study reformed the teaching system of polymer processing technology course,comprehensively optimized the curriculum system and evaluation system,and successfully integrated the teaching mode of school-enterprise cooperation into the teaching process.After the implementation of the reform,the goal achievement of students'final grades has increased from 0.7 to 0.9,and the employment rate has increased from 89%to 95%,indicating that students'professional and technical ability and employability competitiveness have been significantly improved.At the same time,the teaching mode promotes the close cooperation between schools and enterprises,truly promotes resource sharing and information exchange,helps to update the course content and enterprise technology development synchronously,and cultivates high-quality professionals in the field of polymer materials.
