摘要

精子低温保存是人工授精和动物种质资源保存的主要技术.在低温保存及复温过程中,精子的运动性、完整性、活力等会受到一定的损伤,从而影响精子的受精能力.纳米颗粒(Nanoparticles,NPs)可以防御低温保存过程中产生的自由基和氧化应激.随着纳米技术的发展以及不同性质的NPs材料的广泛选择和修饰选择,定制的纳米颗粒已经被开发用于精子冷冻保存领域,并显示出冻融过程中修复损伤精子的再生能力.为了认识这一潜力,本综述重点关注了金属/含金属纳米颗粒、非金属元素纳米颗粒、生物活性分子纳米颗粒、纳米囊泡等在精子冷冻保存领域的应用.

Abstract

The cryopreservation of sperm is a primary technique utilized for artificial insemination and the conservation of animal germplasm resources.During cryopreservation and rewarming,sperm motility,integrity,and vitality are compromised,thereby impacting sperm fertilization potential.Nanoparticles(NPs)have demonstrated the ability to protect against free radicals and oxidative stress that occur during cryopreservation.The advancement of nanotechnology has led to the creation of a diverse array of NPs materials with varying properties and customization options.These tailored nanoparticles have been specifically designed for use in sperm cryopreservation and have exhibited regenerative capabilities in repairing damaged sperm during the freeze-thaw process.This review examines the utilization of metal/metal-containing nanoparticles,non-metallic element nanoparticles,bioactive molecular nanoparticles,and nanovesicles in the cryopreservation of sperm in order to elucidate their potential applications in this field.
