摘要
人巨细胞病毒是一种常见的疱疹病毒.人巨细胞病毒感染在我国流行广泛,胎儿及免疫力低下的婴儿易受侵害.人巨细胞病毒感染在健康人群中多表现为亚临床感染和潜伏感染,一旦感染,对一些特定人群(如孕妇、低龄儿童和免疫缺陷人群等)的危害极大,极有可能引发出生缺陷和一些不可逆性的损伤.本综述对人巨细胞病毒感染的流行病学、诊断和治疗研究现状进行了概括总结.
Abstract
Human cytomegalovirus is a common herpes virus.Human cytomegalovirus infection is widely prevalent in China,and fetuses and immunocompromised infants are susceptible to it.Human cytomegalovirus infection is often manifested as subclinical infection and latent infection in healthy populations,but once infected,it poses great harm to certain specific populations(such as pregnant women,young children,and immunocompromised individuals),and is highly likely to cause birth defects and irreversible damage.This review summarizes the current research status of epidemiology,diagnosis,and treatment of human cytomegalovirus infection.
