摘要
G蛋白偶联受体C家族 5A(GPRC5A)属于G蛋白偶联受体家族,在不同癌症中表达特点不同,还与恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、增殖和转移密切相关.本文重点综述了GPRC5A的特征及其与各类癌症(结直肠癌、肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌、食管鳞癌及胆道系统恶性肿瘤)的关系,为后续研究该蛋白提供参考.
Abstract
G protein-coupled receptor C family 5A(GPRC5A)belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family,which has different expression characteristics in different cancers,and is closely related to the occurrence,development,proliferation and metastasis of malignant tumors.This article focuses on the characteristics of GPRC5A and its relationship with various cancers(colorectal cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,pancreatic cancer,breast cancer,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and biliary system malignancy),so as to provide a reference for subsequent research on this protein.
