Exploration of the Clinical Application Value and Evaluation Methods of Tumor Gene Methylation Detection
Gene methylation,as an important epigenetic modification,can affect the biological behavior of cells by regulating gene expression and plays a key role in the occurrence and development of tumors.This article takes the detection of tumor DNA methylation markers as the starting point to explore the clinical application value of methylation detection.At the same time,recommendations for clinical evaluation methods should be provided in conjunction with regulations on methylation testing.
