摘要
当前抗生素滥用所引发的健康与环境问题日益严重,开发新型的天然抑菌剂具有重要意义.大葱是一种在我国常见的蔬菜,具有抑菌、解毒和去腥的功效,因而备受人们的青睐.大葱的抑菌活性主要归功于大葱挥发油中的有机含硫化合物.对大葱抑菌成分的提取分析、抑菌机制以及应用进行了综述,并对大葱抑菌成分的研究现状和发展前景进行了展望,以期为充分利用大葱资源,研发源自大葱的新型天然抑菌剂提供参考.
Abstract
The abuse of antibiotics causes serious health and environment problems,leading to great significance for the discovery of new natural antimicrobial agents.Welsh onion,a common and popular vegetable in China,exhibits antibacterial,detoxifying and deodorizing effects.In particular,its antibacterial activity is mainly attributed to the organic sulfur compounds in the volatile oil of welsh onion.Herein,we summarized the recent advancement of welsh onion-derived antibacterial compounds regarding the extraction,analysis,antibacterial mechanism and actual applications.In addition,we presented the outlook for the welsh onion-derived antibacterial compounds.Hopefully,this review can provide guidance for full utilization of welsh onion resource,especially for the development of more natural antibacterial agents based on welsh onion.
