In China,laboratory activities relating to Class Ⅰ pathogen,such as Ebola virus cultivation and animal infection have the chance to be taken in the newly completed BSL-4 laboratory in the near future.We try to learn from the reported Ebola virus laboratory accidents in history so as to provide more practical information for high-risk pathogen operators.In this paper,firstly we listed these accidents,then we briefly summarized,andanalyzed the causing reasons.Finally,based on these reflections and supported with general requirements of laboratory biosafety management,we put forward the preventive strategies suitable for BSL-4 laboratory.
