摘要
鉴于国内缺乏食品品牌视觉形象历史发展演变的系统研究,文章以上海地区食品行业中的点心类产品为研究对象,采用案例分析法进行同类品牌多维度分析与比较,并结合文化语境探讨构建上海点心品牌视觉形象的价值与意义.
Abstract
Given the current lack of systematic research on the historical development of food brands'visual identities in China,this paper focuses on studying dim sum brands in the Shanghai food industry.This paper primarily utilizes the case study methodology for multidimensional analysis and comparison of competing brands.Further,the study explores the significance of constructing the visual identity of Shanghai dim sum brands within the cultural context.
