This article analyzes the traditional Chinese aesthetics of blank space from multiple perspectives,explores the application forms of blank space in contemporary layout design,seeks the commonalities between blank space aesthetics and contemporary book design,integrates traditional aesthetic spirit into contemporary layout design,and achieves the unity of book content and traditional aesthetic ideas in form.
