This paper mainly takes Wenzhou Dongyu Power Plant organic renovation project as the analysis basis and practical reference,from the dimension of sustainable commercial operation of power plant renovation pavilion,discusses the differentiated regeneration development trend based on the current protection and utilization status of industrial heritage in different cities,and realizes a new path through the transformation of urban cultural value.
