This article takes the ship painting among the export paintings of the late Qing Dynasty as the research object,and explores its development background,artistic characteristics and cultural significance.Analysis believes that it is an art with dual perspectives and dual languages.It not only shows the observation and understanding of ships by Chinese painters,but also reflects the influence of Western maritime culture on modern Chinese culture.It is a visual bridge connecting Eastern and Western cultures.
