The article deeply analyzes and compares the shape,material and plate making technology of various screen printing plates in various periods,focusing on the special screen plate that can carry out secondary screen printing on uneven substrates,the P1 laser screen plate that can print the line width(wire,photovoltaic grid line)of only 9μm,and the ultra-precision electroforming screen plate that can print wafers.The paper describes the wonderful and innovative screen printing on the new track.
