Xiangxi Miao embroidery is one of the representatives of traditional Chinese culture that integrates regional and ethnic characteristics.Its pattern not only has a certain degree of originality,but also achieves a fusion of cold and hot colors.However,in contemporary times,it faces a difficult context for survival.Based on classic cases,we have found that it is possible to explore the meaning and formal tension of patterns in response to the psychological needs of the general public,thereby promoting the transformation of modern life.
