基于KANO与SERVOQUAL模型的澳门城市大学AR技术文创产品设计

以校园文创产品包装为载体,运用半结构访谈结合KANO模型与SERVOQUAL模型的量表,结合用户行为偏好,研究利用AR技术实现用户体验的提升,指导了基于增强现实的AR互动文创产品的设计实践,使AR交互展示激发出用户较为满意的愉悦感和沉浸感.
Abstract
Taking the campus cultural and creative product packaging as a carrier,through semi-structured interviews and user be-haviour analysis,this study applies the KANO and SERVOQUAL models to guide the design practice of AR interactive cultural and creative products,so that AR interactive displays inspire users'enjoyment and immersion.
