开发了一种气动控制、具备视觉观测和激光测高功能的墨水直写系统,对该系统用不同浓度溶液在载体上的墨水直写效果进行了研究.通过使用其为离子栅晶体管沉积栅介质层薄膜,验证了其墨水直写效果,证明了该系统材料油墨的沉积能力和在印刷电子领域的适用性.
A pneumatically controlled ink direct writing system with visual observation and laser altimetry functions was developed,and the ink direct writing effect of the system on substrates with different concentration solutions was investigated.The ink direct writing effect was verified by using it to deposit a gate dielectric layer film for an ion-gate transistor,proving the system's ability to deposit material inks and its applicability in the field of printed electronics.
