Based on the requirements of urban renewal and the characteristics of the ancient city of Suzhou,this study aims to explore the connection between cultural space and urban development,and on the basis of protecting the historical features of the ancient city,improve the spatial quality of cultural centers through comprehensive design strategies,achieve functional upgrading and cultural inheritance,and provide lasting power for urban renewal.
