As the characteristic clothing of women in Ming and Qing dynasties,Ming style"paddy clothes"is a complete and exquisite garment made of piecemeal fabrics,which shows the profound heritage of traditional Chinese clothing elements in terms of production methods,artistic forms and cultural connotations.Based on the literature research method,this paper systematically discusses the historical development,cultural characteristics and artistic value of the Ming style paddy clothes,and expounds the creative transformation and innovative expansion of the design practice of the Ming style paddy clothes.
