In the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,the research object is the cognition of Russian culture and the characteristic IP of Liaoning.Introduce the characteristics of Russian culture and the traditional IP of Liao region,and through comparative method,integrate both of them to form unique design principles.The paper analyzes the integration of Russian cultural cognition and Liaoning characteristic IP in the representation of luggage patterns,colors,and fonts in luggage decoration and form design,and applies this design strategy to luggage design.
