Abstract
The Tianheng Sea Festival,a maritime intangible cultural heritage in Jiaodong,possesses unique cultural charm and value.This article proceeds from the perspective of cultural brand construction and dissemination,analyzing the current state of cultural development surrounding the Tianheng Sea Festival.It further explores the design path for brand enhancement,enriching the value connotation and innovative approach of this maritime intangible cultural heritage brand.
