摘要
柔性电路印刷的制程会导致电阻的变化,印刷后的电路会因为使用环境的变化等因素影响电阻波动的设计率标.以网印工艺法和银介质的导电油墨为例,从印刷制程和印后环境两个部分,分享导电油墨的电阻方案.
Abstract
The process of flexible circuit printing will lead to changes in resistance,and the printed circuit will affect the design rate of resistance fluctuations due to changes in the use environment and other factors.This paper takes screen printing and conductive ink of silver medium as an example,and shares the resistance scheme of conductive ink from two parts:printing process and post-press environment.
