IMD膜片丝网印刷完成后,经过成型注塑,产品表面出现各种外观问题.以网印隐性问题的膜片注塑成型后表面麻点、膜片注塑成型后表面凹凸印痕、浇口冲墨、膜片脱层为例,从网印的制程、工艺、油墨、印刷环境几个方面,分析问题产生的原因,分享改进方法.
Abstract
After the screen printing of the IMD film is completed,there are various appearance problems on the surface of the product after injection molding.Taking the hidden problems of screen printing,such as surface pockmarks after injection molding,surface embossing after injection molding,ink punching at the gate,and film delaminating after injection molding,the causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of screen printing process,technology,ink and printing environment,and the improvement methods are shared.
