Abstract
The common defects that occur during the manufacturing process of IMD products are closely related to IMD ink and PET sheets.This article provides a detailed analysis of the causes of defects caused by ink and sheet problems in the four stages of printing,molding,injection molding,and testing,and provides solutions.
